CANCELLATION POLICIES

7 Days: You are able to cancel up to 7 Days prior to your activity taking place with no penalties. You will receive a full refund.

Less than 7 Days: If you cancel within 7 Days before your activity you forfeit deposit.

Late arrivals and unavailability are considered to be cancellations. Notification of late arrivals will be given consideration for future accommodation. No refund will be issued.

 

If we cannot accommodate you on another day, you will be issued a full refund.

 

If we cancel due to bad weather and can't accommodate you on another day, you will be issued a full refund.

 

If your cruise ship route changes and prevents you from participating in your excursion you will be issued a full refund.

All refunds we process over $100 will be subject to 10% service charge.

NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR THE FOLLOWING

If you, or a member of your party, does not show up for your activity you will be responsible for the full amount.

 

If you, or a member of your party, show up late and are not able to participate you will still be responsible for the full amount of the activity.

Persons with back, neck, and leg injuries and pregnant women.

Hats, sunscreen, towels, sunglasses and cameras are welcome.
